Quality of the Highest Standard

Very high quality services require an ambitious quality management system. For this reason we had our company procedures and processes successfully certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 by TÜV Nord in the year 2008.

Each PROFEX company works in compliance with the same quality guidelines. This is checked several times a year by internal and external audits.

The certification is documentation of the fact that PROFEX systematically and verifiably provides good services, and develops the introduced methods on an ongoing basis.

It is the aim of quality monitoring to achieve a maximum in customer satisfaction through ongoing self-critical analysis and optimization of our portfolio of services.

In March 2009 all companies affiliated with PROFEX COURIERSYSTEM successfully passed the inspection audit!
